1.Rescheduling:

•Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date at no additional cost.

•Requests made less than 7 days prior may be subject to availability and additional fees.

 

2.Cancellations & Refunds:

•Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund.

•Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

 

3.No-Shows:

•If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

 

4.How to Cancel or Reschedule:
